ALL OF TODD CREATED WOOD INC PARTS AND PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN HOUSE, HERE IN CA BY TRAINED CRAFTSMEN.
There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual environments of the sold products and nature of wood construction in general, however a guarantee of outstanding craftsmanship will be retained for all products that leave the doors of Todd Created Wood IncREFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY:
There are no refunds or exchanges on products once deposit/payment has been processed unless explicit consent has been obtained by the buyer from Todd Created Wood Inc and an RMA# is obtained. This is to maintain the high-quality standards expected by our customers. Any returns granted are subject to a restocking fee of 25%, shipping is non-refundable and customers are responsible for any additional charges including but not limited to shipping and or customs fees on returned items.WARRANTY POLICY:
Please contact us directly for any warranty issues. Warranty applies to any manufacture’s defect in an item used by Todd Created Wood Inc in the creation of a finished product, and does not cover the product as a whole. Nor does a manufacturer’s warranty cover improper installation or use of the part.
